Yes! Make the last decade as enjoyable with the most freedom. It starts decades before that final one. If your in your 40’s and want to live a healthy final decade what changes do you want to work on for 2026? Now that I’m in my 40’s my goal is to make 60 minutes of exercise a priority everyday, not just when I can fit it in. Because I want freedom to get around easily while I get older.

I recall a patient I worked with on very high insulin injections that had zero control of blood sugars, craving chocolate and exhausted!! Medical nutrition therapy would have me do consistent carbohydrates keeping the need for more insulin that body is not processing. When we took carbs away and was able to easily…easily lose 80 pounds with NO MORE INJECTIONS 💕 completely off insulin and off the cycle of chasing cravings and blood sugar.
More energy - less cravings - feel good.
