MyFit Personal Training I focus on providing my clients with realistic ways they can achieve their health goals regardless of their current fitness level.

Personalized Fitness Programs, Training in a Specialized Skill, and Fitness and Nutrition Coaching via One-on-One Personal/Private Training Sessions, Semi-private (2-3 Clients) Training Session, or Online Program Tailored to Client’s Needs and Goals I support them in reaching milestones and celebrate daily achievements. I provide a fun environment, where the client can feel comfortable and find the joy in working hard, whether the goal is to lose weight, build muscle, learn a new skill, or lead a healthier lifestyle. I create a safe space for my clients, where form and function come before intensity and load. I believe in evidence and science-based exercise and nutrition programs and I educate my clients about the benefits of the exercises they are performing. Each exercise program is customized to fit the needs of the client first and foremost, therefore client feedback is extremely important.

1. Not competing in over a year definitely screws up your rhythm.
2. Fight for every lift, even ones that follow a failed one.
3. Not every meet will be your best meet.
4. Have fun with your teammates and celebrate everyone’s successes.

Mental health matters. Movember is working to help men stay mentally healthy, but they can’t do it alone. Please donate to my efforts and support men's health.

In addition to funding this great cause, you can join me in participating in the Movember Challenge! The details are below:

A combination of 1 movement and a hold.

So pick up one of:

Pull ups
T2b
Hspu

And do 1 strict repetition adding 1 more per day of the month.
And after that hold your hollow position for 4 seconds, adding 4 more every day.

So it would go:

1 rep 4 seconds
2 reps 8 seconds
3 reps 12 seconds

And so on.
