In the club, we all fam.
Yes, we know we can make more money by not doing these things, but that’s not our goal.
Our goal is NOT to stack our schedule with the most popular industry classes that will all be waitlisted. Our goal is NOT to rely on late cancellation fees to pay our internet bill. Our goal is NOT to market a “beach body” outcome to drive consumer demand.
Our goal is to foster both established and new entrepreneurs, teachers & spaceholders in St. Pete to share their gifts with the community via their own unique vision - not one we prescribe them (even if we know it is super popular).
The ecosystem we constructed is a schedule and team that allows for daily ebbs and flows in attendance and where some classes subsidize others.
At one point, we had to prioritize revenue until a certain threshold and once met, we were able to implement more of these community-first efforts.
Unfettered capitalism can s***f out creativity but in the ecosystem you’ve helped us create by being a community member, we are able to hold space for creativity, ingenuity and authenticity to blossom in budding classes, teachers & space holders.
