Erick was kind and compassionate, helping me with GAD and anxiety over flying. He gives many techniques that you can use by yourself. I have tried many forms of medication and therapy and would say this was one of the most successful things I’ve tried. If you’re on the fence you have nothing to lose, give it a go and get control back of your life.

I was seeking assistance for relief of anxiety when driving or riding in a vehicle. This was the result of an auto accident a year ago. In one session, Erick alleviated the anxiety. It is a non-issue. I returned for two more sessions to tend to a few other layers that emerged. I can recommend his services without any hesitation. It is not talk therapy. It is a very active session with Erick in charge. He doesn't require a lot of info to help you. A bonus is that you will obtain skills to carry with you to use anywhere anytime. I will go back for a tune-up when needed.

I had known about Erick's hypnotist shows and his success for a while. I came to find out about his "Therapy" sessions and knew that I needed to reach out. I chose to work with him because I knew I needed to get some help, navigating life and challenges, in a fresh way, something I had not tried. And the choice paid off in a huge way. Erick just walked me through a variety of techniques and gave me some amazing tools to start to work through anxiety's and issues. While I had tried many things, this was new and very unique. It was all about tackling the issues head on and concentrating on making things better and easier to deal with moving forward. I was looking to reset and work on things that I had been dealing with for a long time, and every one of my expectations were met. This approach was very unique to anything I had tried previously and was incredibly effective. It included conversation, learning tools to cope on an every day basis along with some "hypno therapy". It takes work, on both ends, yet I finally felt that I was on my way to finding a bit more peace. I will continue to have sessions with Erick as needed and will absolutely refer his services to anyone looking to make significant changes in their lives.

"If I could give Erick a 10 I would. I have had sugar cravings at night for a year now. As a result, I gained 15 lbs that I do not need. I consulted my doctor; we tried changing medications, changing my eating habits, and a few other things. Nothing worked. So I asked my doctor whether I should try a nutritionist or hypnotist. She suggested the latter.
I had been to a company affair many years ago that hired Erick for the evening entertainment. I was so impressed at that event that I decided to look him up. He was prompt in responding and after my free consultation, we agreed that he would probably be able to help. He listened intently to everything I said, which I'm sure helped him to help me.
After one session, and with using some of the techniques he showed me, I noticed a difference in my sugar craves. By my 3rd session, which was approximately a 4 week process, I had no more sugar craves, plus I am able to sleep through the night which was another problem I was having. Erick was very generous with his time. We ran over scheduled time more than once, which showed me how dedicated he was to helping me succeed. He provided tools for me to use not only for sugar craves, but day to day living.
I absolutely would contact Erick in the future if need be and would encourage any one who has any kind of struggle to give Erick a try. I am on my way to my new target weight by April 1 and have no doubt that I can do it, thanks to Erick. Thank you Erick!"

If you are wondering if Erick can help you, let there be no doubt. He is nothing short of amazing! I was skeptical. Can a hypnotist really help me with my issues? I was really ready to get some help, so I took a leap of faith. Erick Kand is the real deal. He led me through several methods, over three sessions to address my issues. During my second session, I was astounded by what he helped me uncover. Long forgotten (and I thought resolved) issues were discovered. Erick led me through known, scientifically validated methods to desensitize me to those thoughts without the need to explain them. He says he doesn't need to know.
