Lise is an animal! She trains 3x a week and does boot camps on Saturdays. Her motivation is to have mobility, strength and endurance as she ages. Inspiring to say the least! Sled Push, Farmer Carry, OH carry and Ball slams (off camera) 3 round rotations. Tasty!
