Wanted to give credit to one of my Clients that has been with me for the last 2.5 years. Hard work, consistency, passion, and drive, are all qualities Chris has applied to every area of his life. As a result it has brought him a ton of success. Helping him achieve his goals has been truly rewarding for me. From 22% body fat to 8% is an insane amount of work and I am so proud. Chris fought through injuries that kept him out of the gym for weeks. Every obstacle in life was thrown at him and yet he still got it done. Great job Chris looking forward to the future and seeing where you take this!

20+ pounds of body composition in less than 8 weeks. Supplement with what you’re losing as you get older, what you’re not getting in your diet, start there. If your cells can’t make energy the “supplements” your taking are not working as well as they could if at all. The things changed in July were relative to diet and nutrient uptake. Prior to July 15th, this individual was eating less than his Basal Metabolic rate on a regular basis and exercising. Tired and frustrated I explained to him the importance of increasing calories. Eating the correct proteins, carbs,fats and less “empty calories” and processed foods. 5.5 LBS of lean muscle gained. 15.1 LBS of Fat since 7/15/24.

Results!!!!! Hard work always deserves recognition. 54 year old Walking everyday to stay healthy very little resistance training due to a crazy schedule and owning a business. He lost 17 lbs of Fat. I was also able to show him why he needed protein in his diet absent resistance training on a regular basis. Implementing the protein he was able to word off the catabolic effects of eating under the BMR for long periods of time. You can see this displayed on the line graph above ^^^. Extracellular Water is well within the range of normal and going up because total body water has gotten higher due to proper hydration. I hope to soon convince this individual to assist me present these results as he is doing a phenomenal job.

RESULTS - PROGRESS REPORT:
Over the last 2.5 years Chris has been dedicated—working through injuries, a busy personal life, remodeling, and big changes at home. His life began to revolve around feeling good. His goals became multi-scope oriented, with short term and long term goals that are smart, measurable, and attainable. Chris’ original goal was to get to 10% body fat. Now that he has achieved 9.7% body fat his goals are changing. I wanted to share this because Chris has a busy and very successful life. No matter what distractions come his was he makes his health a priority! As a result his performance has excelled in every area of his life. Great job Chris!

Hard work pays off, this gentlemen plays volleyball on a professional level and came in with a goal of putting on lean muscle and increasing his performance and strength while also reducing body fat….. This is in fact difficult to do considering it’s very easy to lose strength while reducing body fat or eating (under your BMR). A tall order for sure, our bodies are never maintaining they are always anabolic or catabolic (building up or breaking down.) create a deficit while still giving the body the nutrients it needs to make energy and run the systems….The body is like any other energy system. If you deplete the system you do not get better function and performance. Depleting the system slows it down. Why would the body want to use energy your not replenishing. That’s like me asking you to spend more money with none coming in eventually you go broke slowly at first and then ….all the sudden. The body wants good energy so remember anytime you chose 0 calories your choosing 0 energy, 0 benefit, it cannot have nutrients being worth 0 calories. Nutrients are worth Calories. Macro nutrients, micro Nutrients, phytonutrients, your body needs 90 nutrients every day that it cannot replenish on your own. How many nutrients are getting?!?!? Calorie - unit used to measure energy.
