When I opened Rooted Rose Integrative Health I didn’t know where it would lead, but I knew how much the world needs this type of medicine.

Medicine interwoven with compassion, listening, and love.

I created Rooted Rose Health to offer people a path toward true healing.

A sacred and safe space where people could feel seen and heard.

“Rooted” was inspired by the essence of nature, where strong roots symbolize a pillar for health and well-being, allowing us to truly thrive.

The Rose represents the many layers of our well-being, physical, spiritual, and emotional.

I created Rooted Rose to help others flourish into their best selves.

In my first few moments of arrival in the sacred valley I spotted a beautiful Rose garden.

A deep gratitude filled my entire being. I realized the fullness of what a beautiful and powerful decision I made to create this practice where I could truly help others heal.

To be surrounded by earth flourishing in all its raw beauty filled my soul with a profound sense of peace, knowing that I have found my place and my purpose in this world.
