At our 5th Annual Premier NeuroSpine Charity Event, we raised over $120,000 — and are proud to donate $111,000 to Operation Warrior Resolution. 💙

Operation Warrior Resolution is dedicated to helping veterans and active-duty service members heal from the invisible wounds of war through innovative, life-changing programs.

We were especially honored to receive a hand-carved American flag from a veteran in the program — a meaningful gift that represents resilience, restoration, and the true impact of this mission. As a veteran-owned and operated business, this cause is deeply personal to us. From one veteran to another, we understand the importance of healing, purpose, and having the right support system behind you. 🇺🇸

Our newest addition, Neurosurgery PA! 👋🧠💉
Born and raised in Michigan, Jenna started as a CNA and EMT before earning her PA degree from Central Michigan University. She has 2 years in urgent care and 2 years in pain management, ortho, and spine—bringing hands-on experience to the neurosurgery team 🩻💪

Now in St. Petersburg with her boyfriend and French bulldog, Burt 🐶💛, Jenna loves 🏋️‍♀️ working out, 🏃‍♀️ running, 🌊 beach days, and cheering on her Detroit Lions 🦁📣

We’re excited to have her helping patients move better, feel better, and live their best lives! 🙌✨

Meet Dr. Silvia Baxter, MD – Our New Neurosurgeon! ✨
We’re thrilled to welcome Dr. Silvia Baxter, Board-Certified Neurosurgeon, to the Premier NeuroSpine Institute team! 🎉
With training from Boston College, Howard University, LSU, and a fellowship at the University of Utah, Dr. Baxter brings world-class expertise in endovascular neurosurgery and a passion for minimally invasive care. From treating aneurysms and stroke to brain tumors and spine conditions, she’s dedicated to helping patients get back to living their best lives. 🙌
When she’s not in the OR, Dr. Baxter is all about balance and adventure 🌎—you can find her traveling, swimming, scuba diving, working out, or enjoying Florida’s beaches ☀️. She’s also a basketball fan 🏀 and has a love for cars (her dream ride is a McLaren F1, but like a few of our other providers, she currently drives a Corvette 🏎️… coincidence, or a Premier NeuroSpine trend? 😉).

This morning, Dr. Koebbe was featured on Channel 10 News bringing awareness to the importance of recognizing the signs of a stroke.
At just 23 years old, an aspiring football star experienced a stroke and was rushed to the ER — where he met Dr. Koebbe. Within 30 minutes, the blood clot was identified, and Dr. Koebbe worked his magic to remove it, saving valuable time and preventing further damage.
Thanks to quick action, family awareness, and expert care, he’s now on the road to a remarkable recovery. 💪
