Monday morning host a walk and yoga. This Monday we experienced some rain while walking but then we were happy to see a double rainbow! Thankful our yoga practice still took place outside and was full of sunshine.

These ladies are moms, grandmothers, wives, work outside of the home; they simply do it all AND they have the wisdom with all of that doing , they need rest, recovery, and self care to allow them to maintain and do all they wish and desire to do. I am honored to be able to guide them in their wellness journey.
