The Massage Spa is looking to add a customer service professional to our team. You will the first impression for all clients for our Spa. This position requires a positive and friendly attitude, with the ability to be flexible, roll with the punches, and always give outstanding customer service. We are open daily from 9:30am until 7:30pm, 7 days a week. Nights, weekends, and holidays are required for this position

Your daily duties would include:

Learning all services and products we offer to ensure all clients have the best Spa experience
Learning our booking system
Be able to accurately handle cash and credit card transactions
Must be able to multi task in a fast paced environment
Must be able to coordinate the schedules of all our independent contractors by accurately checking all clients in/out and rebooking services, providing all necessary products and supplies
Answering all inquires in a positive, professional and friendly manner via email, phone, or in person
Ensuring the spa is clean and tidy at all times
Helping clients with all required forms prior to services
Stocking and maintaining retail areas, laundry room, beverage bar, and bathrooms hourly during your shift
