This before and after shows dark scar camouflage tattooing a little over two weeks after the first medical tattoo session.
At this stage of healing, you can already see that much of the dark hyperpigmentation within the scar has lifted. This is an early result, and it has not even been a full month since treatment. After just one session, a significant amount of the darkness associated with this breast surgery scar has been reduced using medical tattoo scar camouflage techniques.
Right now, the treated area may appear lighter than the surrounding skin tone. This is a normal part of the scar treatment and scar revision process. As healing continues and the tissue softens, the color will naturally settle closer to the client’s skin tone. In future sessions, we will begin advanced blending and gradual skin tone infusion to further improve surface harmony and create a more natural result.
This is how medical tattooing works for dark scars, hyperpigmented scars, and surgical scars. Scar camouflage is a process, not a one-time treatment. Even at this early stage, you can see how effective medical tattoo scar treatment can be for breast surgery scars and reconstructive scars.
