The Jiujitsu Project truly shone today! The kids erupted in cheers, oohs and aahs as Mike, Kasen, and I showcased our Judo throws, creating an unforgettable experience for everyone involved. Kasen showed off his favorite throw, chokes and submissions. Mike and I threw/choked each other hard on the mat and the kids just loved it! Mat was a hit!

Yea! BJJ Family time with .kj Kasen earned his very first stripe. Kevin is sooo excited about teaching a competition class. And I’m I have been on a regular weekly bjj routine for once.

Made yummy healthy Moringa, harvarti cheese, Grassfed beef, fried egg dinners for dinner tonight for my loved ones and it was yum drizzled with a balsamic citrus glaze.
