What choices are you making today? Do they support your recovery? Do they help or hinder you developing a relationship with God. No matter which door you walk through your Lord and Savior is watching. We make choices that please Him and displease Him everyday. No one is ever too far gone for Him to lead us back to where He wants us. It's all up to us. Are you making good choices or bad ones?

There's a whole lots of people and things that can lead us off the course God has laid out for us. Every morning put on the full armor of God. Don't allow anything get in the way of the blessings God has in store for you.

I think most of us have realized by now that our addictions, our hurt, habits, and hang-ups do not take a day of for Covid-19 or anything else. We may not be able to meet in person in large groups right now but it is still so important that we fellowship with our forever family and continue working our recovery. A big thanks to my friends Chad and Angela for brining us CR from their living room every Sunday night. Join me tonight for CR live stream on FB. If it's your door it will open. So often we struggle and stress out over the next step in our lives. God is faithful and has a plan for each of us in our lives. If it's your door, it'll open. If a door closes, it simply means that not your door.

“I know all the things you do, and I have opened a door for you that no one can close." Revelation‬ ‭3:8‬ ‭NLT‬‬

When God opens your door there's nothing anyone can do to shut that door. Nothing anyone says or does is going to take that opportunity away.

Head up, God is in control.

Don't compare your recovery and your walk with other people. Your story is yours. Keep taking steps in the right th direction and God is I'll show you the way.

Only God can teach you how to forgive and then love yourself. When you don't know how to love yourself, reach out to God and ask for help.

11 months ago brave and motivated men and woman sat down and started a journey to strengthen their walk in recovery and grow closer to God. Nearly a year later these dedicated individuals are graduating from their step study classes.

While Celebrate Recovery at New Path no longer meets on Thursday night, our step study participants continued to meet on Wednesday nights to go through the 12 steps and seek freedom from their hurts, habits, and hang-ups.

Come celebrate with our step study graduates at Celebrate Recovery - Pinellas Park!

Women will be receiving their certificates and giving mini-testimonies this Tuesday December 4th.
Men will do the same on Tuesday December 11th.

Come on out and support this healthy Celebrate Recovery group and honor these step study graduates!

Meet at First United Methodist Church at 9025 49th Street in Pinellas Park.
Meeting starts at 7pm. Hope to see you there!
