Balance isn’t about forcing stillness. It’s about choosing the version of the pose that feels good in your body today.
Tree pose has options. Foot at the ankle. Foot at the calf. Maybe hands at heart or reaching overhead. No version is better than the other. Your balance is valid at every level.
So wobble, root, reset, and come back to yourself. That’s the real practice.
