Greetings I am Doris Warren-Hester owner of Anointed Elder Concierge Services LLC.,

Anointed Elder Concierge H C Services LLC now offers an existing SLC Home.

Anointed Warren-Hester Supported Living Home is located in beautiful St. Petersburg Florida (Pinellas County) near Gulfport Florida.

We provide a safe, secure Semi-Independent living environment for consumers meeting Med-Waiver qualifications.

This home could be a permanent solution for some and an incubator for others, assisting consumers with life skills training before moving into their own home.

Here at Anointed, well trained staff is core to who we are as an organization. All staff members are trained in medication administration validation, level 2 background screening with fingerprints, reference checks, and good moral character affidavit, as well as all other APD required training needed such as HIPAA Basics, APD Direct Care Core Competencies, Zero Tolerance, CPR/First Aid, and all other updates needed.

We offer Supported Employment Coaching, Supported Living Coaching & Supported Living Placements, Personal Supports, Companion, and Respite Care Services.

Potential Consumers have a structured activity schedule which includes but is not limited to, Activities of Daily Living. Support staff assist consumers with maintaining all appointments such as Medical, Dental, Psychology, Dermatology, Podiatry, Neurology, Vision, and Hearing.

Consumers receive assistance with grocery shopping, meal planning, meal preparation, laundry, and household chores. Assistance with transportation is also included.

Field trips, community outings, life skills development activities are offered.

The home is fully furnished with three private key entry bedrooms, one shared bathroom, and shared common spaces such as kitchen, living room, and laundry room. The home boasts a huge yard space with seating and an area for barbequing.

Each consumer will pay their portion of rent per month (utilities included). Each bedroom includes a twin sized bed, and a dresser with a wardrobe closet. Rooms are spacious enough for clients to add a desk and chair, if desired. Additional amenities include a flat screen smart TV in each room, Fire TV can be purchased by consumers locally from our vendor, and internet is provided in the home.

For all Pharmacy needs, consumers can choose from home deliveries, or the local Walgreens pharmacy located in Gulfport Florida near the home.
