Meet Dr. DeCaria! We are excited to be sharing more about the physician and acupuncturists at Revitalize Medical Center. ✨
Dr. Sheetal DeCaria is the sole physician and medical director of Revitalize Medical Center. She is double-board certified in anesthesia and pain management by the American Board of Anesthesiology. Raised in the Midwest, Dr. DeCaria attended college and medical school in Michigan, followed by residency at University of Chicago and fellowship at Northwestern Memorial. She also pursued further education in integrative medicine, including a year-long faculty scholars program at the Northwestern Osher Center for Integrative Medicine. Since then, Dr. DeCaria completed additional coursework through the Institute of Functional Medicine, as well as the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine.
Throughout her career, she saw more and more patients in chronic pain turning to complementary medicine, without the guidance of a trained physician and often without discussing these treatments with their medical doctor. And so Revitalize Medical Center was born—as a place patients in chronic pain can go for an east meets west approach to reduce pain, restore function, and revitalize their life.
