Anthony’s Hospital’s provision of quality, compassionate care to this community. Anthony's Hospital Foundation supports the development of St. Anthony's Hospital into a world-class medical facility through philanthropic support of its many capital projects, service line development, clinical education and other programs that improve the health of the community.

This feature highlights the Hoyer Lift—an essential medical device used across Ultrasound, CT, MRI, X-ray, IR, Nuclear Medicine, and Mammography at St. Anthony’s Hospital.

As part of the hospital’s existing suite of lifts, the Hoyer Lift helps safely move patients while protecting both patients and team members.

Thanks to the generosity of our donor community, St. Anthony’s Hospital Foundation continues to fund vital medical equipment like the Hoyer Lift—helping ensure St. Anthony’s remains the best place to receive care.

Our Story

St. Anthony’s Hospital Foundation serves as the point of contact for all charitable contributions benefiting St. Anthony’s Hospital in St. Petersburg, Florida. Today, multiple programs and services throughout St. Anthony’s are being supported or significantly enhanced by philanthropy. Cancer care programs, new cardiac initiatives, neurosciences research, and behavioral health issues are just a few of the important areas upon which we are currently focusing. Our mission is to advocate, educate and communicate the value of the hospital to our community. We hope to inspire giving that will improve health and elevate hope for advanced healing in St. Petersburg.

There are so many examples of people who are helping to improve health care in our community. Whether participating in events hosted by the Foundation, volunteering, raising awareness or simply donating directly to their area of interest, thousands of people are doing great things on our behalf. Whether large or small, these efforts collectively make a huge impact.
