You'll begin with standing, balancing and alignment work to build strength, floor work to support a healthy spine, and deep stretching opening the hips and shoulders.

Prepare to find your limits and carefully push past them in a safe environment.
You'll hear many alignment cues and personal tips!

Modifications for your safety at all levels, start where you are, we can use chairs, walls and lots of props to support you.

Each class incorporates breath work, ending with a guided meditation and mini sound journey.
