Get to know the team:

David Delrahim - President
I joined the DBA in 2012 and have been on the board since 2014.
I’m originally from Deerfield, IL, a NW suburb of Chicago. I moved to the St. Pete area in 2005 to go to law school at Stetson.
I love the DBA’s altruistic goal of bringing business to our local downtown businesses and improving our downtown for locals and visitors.

Tony Loeffler - Vice President
I joined the DBA in 2023, added to the board in 2024 and I’m proud to serve as the new veep for 2026.
Originally from Baltimore, Md, my husband Michael and I moved to St Pete in 2018 from Portland, Oregon.
I love the diversity and cultural and creative vibe of St Pete. Plus the business community here is unlike many other cities our size and it’s such an honor to be a small part of it.

Catherine Binger - Treasurer
I have been with the DBA for 9 years on the board and Treasurer for 9 years as well.
Originally I am from Olean, New York and I have loved living in St Pete for many years.
Whether it’s grabbing a coffee on Central or wandering through the murals, St. Pete always feels like an adventure.

Shelli Hemans - Secretary
I’ve been involved with the DBA for 10 years, joined the board two years in, then secretary the following year and every year since.
I was born & raised in Tampa.
In my spare time I make hand crafted jewelry for fun. I also live near the beach and love everything about the water, sunsets and margaritas! I’m a wanna-be chef, a pretty good photographer and am writing a memoir

The team is excited to get going and is looking forward to A new year full of exciting opportunities.

Welcome to the DBA family. Newly opened in the heart of the Edge District and a member since May, Bobbles and Lace got their start in Florida in Orlando before opening this location in St Pete.
Their mission is high fashion at an affordable price and they really deliver. Their accessories are amazing.
Owner Puja and store director Kat have embraced the small biz community in DTSP and had a very successful Sunrise Sale - their first! They frequently have special events and give back to charity. Follow them on IG for all the updates.
