Please put your hands together for the Stones!!! These lovebirds got married last month, and we had the honor of getting to celebrate with them 💍💙
“HOTWORX and Arctic have literally changed my family’s life,” Jen smiles. “Not only does the cold plunge have so many mental and health benefits, but the team also coaches you through every plunge & the team has become like family. The facility is the cleanest I’ve seen and they take pride in that. The environment is so positive—everyone is friendly and it feels more like an oasis!”
Jen & Jon found our freeze fam in May after joining HOTWORX next door 🔥🧊Since then, the fam has been rocking their contrast therapy routine despite the demands of wedding planning, working full time, and raising their kids.
“You won’t be sorry for trying your first cold plunge and you will feel the best you have in a long time! If you’re feeling depressed, run down, tired or sluggish, you’re a whole new person when you get out. It also really helps with soreness and tightness. Jon says it really motivates him for the day far more than any energy drink, and my daughter Jordyn’s in sports so it helps her with muscles and helps her feel happy. We all notice the days when we plunge vs don’t, plus the coffee is incredible!!”
This whole family breaths a fun energy into our fire & ice plaza. From the saunas to the cold tubs, you can hear them giggling about something!
“We’ve brought our entire family—even the kids who say they have the best hot chocolate in town,” laughs Jen. “We just got married, and Arctic came to us on the beach so our bridal party and guests could start the day off right. I’m still getting compliments about how much everyone enjoyed it. AB&C is hands down 15 out of 10 and Alex and Alex are the nicest people around.”
