✨ Please join us in welcoming Amy & Simone to the Saint Pete Salt Room family!

While Rachel is out on maternity leave, these two wonderful ladies will be caring for our salt room community, and we couldn’t be more excited to have them.

🌿 Amy
Amy is a nurse and energy healer trained at the Barbara Brennan School of Healing. She blends her medical background with intuitive energy work to support deep healing and balance. Outside of her practice, Amy loves skating, paddle boarding, and spending time with her kids and husband, embracing the joy and presence that nature and family bring. ✨🌊 we feel so lucky to have her holding space and offering salt room treatments, in addition to her private healing sessions, also available onsite!

🌿 Simone
You may already recognize Simone, one of the Ritual aestheticians we share the space with, who blends holistic skincare with a love for matcha tea and nervous system regulation. She believes wellness begins with balance, mindfulness, and caring for the body from the inside out. 🍵✨ We are thrilled to have her add salt room treatments to her offerings of facials, lymphatic body treatments, and sound baths!

They’ll be starting March 22, and we’re so happy for you all to meet them, relax with them in the salt room and get to know them over the coming weeks.
