Treatment bliss 😌

Yesterday I had a cancellation and decided to do a little work on myself! Patients ask me all the time if I get treatments regularly and if I treat myself… the answer is yes & yes! 👏

My focus for this treatment was mostly on helping to heal numbness and discomfort around my C-section scar, relaxation, and also some points to help relieve neck tension from my recent nerve impingement.

There is never any hiding of that Acupuncture daze look! 😂 hehe
