Surgery IS NOT always the answer.. Releasing adhesions & resetting the nervous system will often relieve the “symptom” without surgery.. I tell people all the time, give me a chance.. Unless the joint is drastically unstable, we can usually avoid surgery.. Instability is often, also, because of the brain triggering muscle not to fire because of adhesions in tendon & ligament..
a great example is a runner whose “glutes aren’t firing”
