Sometimes the best lip results come from a combination approach.

The plan: Masseter Tox, Chin Filler + Lip Filler

In this transformation, the masseters were treated to soften lower-face tension and reduce width. Lip and chin filler followed, used to support structure and proportion. Each treatment plays a role but the combination creates harmony.

When we zoom out and assess the face as a whole (profile, symmetry, muscle movement, and bone structure), we can enhance features in a way that looks natural, not obvious.

Lip filler dissolve and refill by Amy ✨

Shape > volume, every time

Swipe 👉🏽 to see the progression. This is a slow process that requires patience, but so worth it in the end. If you have old filler that isn’t looking quite right or are exhibiting signs of filler migration, dissolving and starting over is going to produce the best results.

Let’s cover a question that Amy’s been asked a few times recently. Does everyone need to dissolve their filler before adding more? No. If proper injection technique and protocol are applied from the beginning, there should be no need to dissolve.

You also have to be very gradual about adding multiple syringes and stopping once you’ve reached your limit. There is only so much volume your lips can handle. Listen to your injector when they tell you no.
