We’ve had a few new faces around here lately, so I wanted to properly introduce myself.

👋🏽 I’m Dr. Fouad Raad, the chiropractor behind Elite ChiroCare and Injury Recovery.

I specialize in treating acute (new) injuries, especially those stemming from car accidents 🚘 💥 🚗 or picked up playing sports 🏋️‍♀️ . This is the kind of care I’ve built my practice around — from my experience and advanced training to the tools and technology I use in my office.

Life has been busy lately. New baby, full work schedule, and way less sleep 😴

Busy seasons require flexibility. I may not be hitting new PRs on lifts, or running faster (for now), but finding time to stay physically and mentally fit remains a priority. That means a short run during naps, a quick lift over lunch break, and occasionally still being humbled at my favorite gym.

Being healthy is taking a different form today but it’s never gonna be too late to chase those PRs again 💪🏽

Disc herniation and bulges - if you’ve suffered one you’ve probably asked yourself whether it’s going to be with you forever.

It’s a determination that needs to be made and understood, especially if it’s a medico-legal case.

The bottom line is these injuries are permanent, but your pain is highly influenced by how you treat and rehab the injury, and there’s a few things you can do to tip the odds in your favor.

‼️Let’s separate fact from fiction: I’m sure you’ve heard that chiropractors realign bones “back into place”.

❌This philosophy is outdated and an oversimplification of a complex spine.

What we do is restore proper joint movement which improves function, mobility and control. This has positive effect on surrounding muscles, nerves, local circulation and disc health. 👏🏽

Auto insurance coverage.. not the most exciting topic. But it’s important, so I’ve boiled it down to the basics for you. ✍️

Too often we see patients be victims in an accident and learn the bad news ➡️ there isn’t any coverage on the other side.
