✨ A Guided Release Ritual Before the Fire Horse Year 🐎🔥
Tonight is the closing of a cycle.
Tomorrow, we step into the Fire Horse Year; a year of movement, ambition, courage, and forward momentum.
Before the Horse runs…
we release what weighs us down.
If you’ve felt drained recently…if you’ve felt quiet, heavy, or in-between…that was not weakness.
That was shedding.
Tonight, let’s do it intentionally.
🌙 Create Your Space
Find a quiet corner.
Dim the lights.
Light a white candle for clarity and renewal.
Place a small bowl of water beside it to represent cleansing and emotional release.
Take three slow breaths.
Inhale through your nose.
Exhale through your mouth.
Place both hands over your heart.
Say softly:
“I call my energy back to me.
I release what is not mine to carry.
Only love and truth may remain.”
📝 The Release
On a piece of paper, gently write:
• What drained you this past cycle
• What fear you are ready to let go of
• What version of yourself you have outgrown
• Any attachment to old timelines
When you are finished, fold the paper away from you & hold it to your heart.
Close your eyes and whisper:
“I honor the lesson.
I honor the growth.
I release this with love.”
🔥 The Transformation
Safely light the edge of the paper with your candle.
As it burns, visualize the weight dissolving.
See cords disconnecting.
See the old energy turning into light.
Place the ashes into the bowl of water.
Fire transforms.
Water seals & cleanses.
It is done.
💫 The Activation
Now close your eyes again.
Imagine yourself standing in an open field at sunrise.
The air is crisp. The sky is glowing gold.
In the distance, you see a powerful horse.
Strong. Free. Unafraid.
It begins to run.
And you realize, you are not watching it.
You are it.
Feel the strength in your legs, the wind in your hair, the fire in your chest.
Say aloud:
“I step into the Fire Horse Year unburdened.
I step into momentum.
I step into expansion.
I step into courage and unity.
Through the light I seek, I remember who I am.”
Take one final deep breath.
Blow out the candle.
Trust that the old cycle is complete.
