When done safely and properly, baby wearing has many benefits!

A few tips:
- keep your baby high enough that you can look down and kiss the top of their head
-make sure their legs and hips are in a proper “M” seat with their bum supported
-make sure your carrier fits YOU and BABY properly and meets your needs

There’s lots of options for baby wearing carriers- don’t be afraid to try out different ones until you find one that works for you!
