🌟Staff Spotlight: William “Will” Lambert

Franchise Owner, Stratus Building Solutions of Southeast Louisiana

For over six months, William “Will” Lambert has been faithfully serving the St. Vincent de Paul Pharmacy through his work with Stratus Building Solutions of Southeast Louisiana. But to simply call him our cleaning professional doesn’t do justice to the impact he has made on our facility — and on our hearts.

Will approaches his work with genuine passion and purpose, making cleanliness and presentation a top priority for the benefit of every patient who walks through our doors. His attention to detail is only matched by the care he brings to every corner of the space, ensuring it remains a place of dignity, healing, and hope.

Yet, what makes Will truly exceptional is the spirit he brings to our community. From his very first day, he noticed we were gathering to read our mission statement and pray. Without hesitation, he asked to join — and has never missed a moment since. Each time he is scheduled to work, Will pauses before starting his tasks to pray with us and reflect on our mission. Over time, this act of solidarity has grown to include his entire cleaning team, who now faithfully join in prayer and share in the mission of serving our neighbors in need.

Will and his team have become part of the St. Vincent de Paul family. Their faith, dedication, and genuine belief in our mission have left a lasting mark on everyone — staff, volunteers, and patients alike.

We are deeply grateful to Will for not only keeping our space clean, but for helping keep our spirit strong.
