March is Endometriosis Awareness Month. Endometriosis affects one in ten women. It is a disorder in which tissue similar to the tissue that lines the uterus grows outside the uterus in places it doesn’t belong. Common symptoms include menstrual cramps, pelvic pain, infertility, painful in*******se, and gastrointestinal symptoms. Treatment can include hormonal therapy, surgery, pain management, lifestyle changes, or infertility treatment. Early diagnosis is crucial to managing symptoms, preventing complications, and improving overall quality of life.

Menopause is a natural phase in a woman’s life that marks the end of the reproductive years. During this process, the ovaries stop releasing eggs and producing estrogen and progesterone.
