Halloween can be fun and safe—especially when you're walking the path of recovery. 🧡

Here are a few tips to help you stay sober and celebrate with confidence:

👻 Plan ahead – Know where you’re going and who you’ll be with. Stick to safe, supportive environments.

🍬 Bring a sober friend – Accountability makes a big difference. Plus, it’s more fun together!

📱 Have an exit strategy – If things get uncomfortable, it’s okay to leave. Your recovery comes first.

🙏 Lean on your faith – Spend time in prayer or reflection before heading out. Ask God for strength and peace.

💬 Reach out – If you’re struggling, don’t go it alone. Call a sponsor, a friend, or someone from your Remedy group.

You’re not alone—and you don’t have to miss out. Let’s celebrate with joy, clarity, and community. 💛

Every week, The Remedy Project reaches dozens of individuals through counseling, education, and spiritual care. We walk with people through addiction, codependency, and recovery—because no one should face these battles alone.
