We went on such a fun outing to the Georgia Sea Turtle Center on Jekyll Island. 🏝️🐢 This is the only sea turtle education and rehabilitation facility in the entire state, so we consider it a privilege that it's right in our backyard. 💚 We were able to go through the exhibits and see the turtles currently being rehabilitated. Their staff takes great care of these animals and the local habitats to ensure they can return to the wild safely. It was an amazing experience! 👏🐢💚

Every MLB ball is covered in mud from a secret location in New Jersey. 😱 The mud, called Lena Blackburne Baseball Rubbing Mud, helps pitchers get a better grip on the ball. ⚾️ 😉 Before this mud, baseballs were rubbed in water and dirt, and sometimes to***co juice and shoe polish.

Often going by Mr. Paws, he brings lots of tail wags, occasional slobber, spontaneous bursts of the zoomies, and a rare talent to fall asleep just about anywhere! He's so excited to meet his new neighbors and can't wait to run laps of joy around our trails and courtyard. 🐾

It was time for Zoe's iPhone Class! 📱👩‍💻 It's an opportunity for Members to ask and learn about various technology issues/subjects in a one-on-one setting. 📚They brought various questions about IPhones, Apple Watches, iPads, and more for Zoe to help navigate! Even though some problem-solving was needed to learn how to convert PDFs or hook hearing aids up to their cell phones, she was able to help make our Members' lives even easier! 🤓

In our recent emPowerD class, a national award-winning program for individuals with Parkinson's Disease, participants demonstrated their power and determination through some hand-eye coordination work. 🚀✨ Our Out of This World Signature Experience truly lived up to its name!
Members were transported into a galaxy far away, surrounded by glowing stars, colorful planets, and even a few friendly aliens along the way. 👽🌌 From start to finish, the evening was filled with creativity and a little cosmic magic. The celebration kicked off with our Galaxy Glow Happy Hour, where Members enjoyed a stellar spread prepared by our dining team, a charcuterie board and homemade purple beet chips to savory onion dip and a space-inspired signature cocktail. 🍸✨Creativity took center stage as Members created their own galaxies, pouring paint onto canvases that turned into masterpieces. 🎨 We even took a trip to space with our Astronaut Ice Cream Social, where Members tried freeze-dried ice cream for the first time with mint chocolate chip, quickly becoming a crowd favorite! 🍦🚀 The evening concluded with an unforgettable Signature Dinner, featuring a menu crafted by Chef Sunny that was just as impressive as the atmosphere. Paired with incredible live music from The Lions Bridge Quartet, it was the perfect ending to a truly unforgettable night. 🎶✨ At the end of the day, it wasn’t just about exploring the galaxy it was about coming together, trying something new, and making memories that are truly out of this world. 🌟
