Our Arms, B***y, Core Class is a full body workout, targeting the arm, glute, and core muscles and is the ONLY class of its kind in the area (it’s one of our most popular classes for a reason!) Following ABC, we offer Hot Power Yoga to release tension and stress (physically AND mentally), and “sweat out the crazy!” 😆 You will leave butte stronger and more at peace. 💖

Hey, hey, happy day! 🤩

I took a mini trip to south Florida over the weekend for some continuing education with one of the world’s most reknown Hot Yoga teachers and it was so fun and refreshing! (More Hot 26, anyone??) 🔥😅

Staying abreast of the safest and most effective techniques and methods for obtaining and maintaining optimal health has always been at the forefront of what we do at OMCORE.

OMCORE is the ORIGINAL Mind*Body*Fusion*Fitness studio in the Golden Isles - the first to bring Hot Yoga to the area and the first to combine Yoga, Mat Pilates, Cardio, and Strength Training into energizing, mindful, and effective classes such as Barre, Barre Fusion, YogaSculpt, Hot Core Yoga, ABC Class, CardioSculpt, Strengthen & Stretch, CycleFusion, and more. We intentionally change our formats periodically to keep our program interesting and challenging, as well as to avoid fitness plateaus. 💥

My goal has always been to bring you the very best of Mind*Body*Fusion*Fitness. I started my career as a fitness trainer in 1988 and completed my first yoga training in 2000. 💪🧘‍♀️💖 I like yoga, mat work, cardio, and strength training equally but - more importantly - I know the power and benefits of each modality. We truly need a balance of all of the above if we want to be strong, move well, relieve stress, remain injury and disease free, and feel our best throughout our lives. 😍

That is why we do what we do. Our sessions are fun, challenging, AND effective and our program is intentionally designed to strengthen your body, calm your mind, and ignite your soul. IT’S BLAIR’S OMCORE ANNI! 🤩

Blair has been teaching Hot Power Yoga with us for SEVEN (7!) years!! She is “steadfast and true,” a team player, a dear friend, and a phenomenal instructor. She has recently trained in a new format called “YoStrong” so - be on the lookout for more fiery fun from our one and only Blair!

To celebrate - of course - she’s teaching her classic Baptiste HPY class tomorrow (Saturday) from 9:15-10:15am. Please join in and help us celebrate this milestone. 💖
