Our HR team had a great time attending the career fair at Ste. Genevieve High School! They had the opportunity to connect with students from 8th to 12th grade who showed an impressive interest in careers across the medical field — from general nursing to ultrasound tech, anesthesiology, pediatrics, physical therapy, brain surgery, and more! The team mentioned how inspiring it was to hear about the students goals and passions.

Oct. 15 – Dec. 7 is Medicare Open Enrollment — time to evaluate whether to enroll in traditional Medicare or select a private insurer to provide coverage known as Medicare Advantage. Thank you to all the 5th grade students that visited us for Career Exploration Day! Students from Ste. Genevieve Elementary, Valle Catholic School and Bloomsdale Elementary visited the hospital to learn how healthcare services work in Lab, Diagnostic Imaging and Physical Therapy. They also got an opportunity to experience a day in the life of a surgical tech and nurse. It was a blast for everyone especially the students! We look forward to your visit next year.
