Our healthcare organization includes the 53-bed licensed acute care hospital, which received Critical Access Hospital designation (CAH) in 2005, and six local physician practices. We employ over 400+ individuals with a medical team comprised of 66 active, courtesy and consulting physicians and nurse practitioners. If you are looking for a provider call our physician referral line at 573-883-7777. Financial assistance is available.

• There is a discounted/sliding fee schedule available based on family size and income.

SGCMH walk-in clinics provide treatment for conditions that require immediate attention. For minor illness or injury visit our Ste. Genevieve or Bloomsdale Walk-in locations for medical care to get well fast. We provide quality, immediate care services in a timely, cost-effective and compassionate way for minor injuries, muscle sprains or strain, stomachache, nausea, headache, dizziness, and ear, throat or nose infections. It's the holiday season and time for the Friends Foundation Annual Giving Tree! Celebrate the season and honor your loved ones by purchasing an ornament in recognition of new arrivals, military members and loved ones lost.
Choose a donation level and your ornament will adorn the holiday tree in the hospital's lobby. Lost a loved one this past year? Contact us and we'll place a complimentary dove on the tree in their name.

Happy Thanksgiving!
As the year comes to a close we give thanks for our wonderful staff and community. We are blessed and thankful to serve. All SGCMH pharmacies and clinics including the walk-ins will be closed on Thanksgiving Day. The Emergency department is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Have a safe and healthy Thanksgiving!

Day After Thanksgiving (Friday, November 28): All physician clinics will be closed, including Plaza Walk-In. BMC Walk-In and Bloomsdale Pharmacy will be open 8 am-5 pm. Ste. Genevieve Pharmacy will be open 8:30 am-5 pm.
