Meet Sara Fisher!

Sara is an Occupational Therapist with CTS who provides services for the Missouri School for the Severely Disabled. Sara is originally from and proud to be back in Sikeston MO serving the community she grew up in. Sara loves working in pediatrics! She said it is a joy getting to play a role in helping kids/their families achieve new skills and possibilities. Other settings she has worked as an OT are adult acute care and inpatient rehab, adult and pediatric outpatient and early intervention.

In Sara’s spare time, she enjoys spending time with family (husband, 2 kids and 2 fur babies) and baking!

We are blessed to have Sara with us!

Meet Shelby Rall-Jokerst!

Shelby is a Speech-Language Pathologist providing services within Missouri schools through Children’s Therapy Support. She lives in Ste. Genevieve County and provides services in Iron County, MO. Shelby enjoys working with the pediatric, school-age population and finds joy in helping children grow and succeed.

Before joining CTS, Shelby worked in medical settings with the adult population in a different role, but she knew her heart was in making a bigger impact in the lives of others—especially children. Now, she’s able to do that every day as an SLP.

In her spare time, Shelby enjoys spending time with her husband, Nathan, and their daughter, Scarlett—with another bundle of joy on the way.

We are blessed to have Shelby with us!

Meet Kasia Barron!

Kasia is an occupational therapist for CTS who provides services for the Missouri School for the Severely Disabled. She loves working with students to find creative, hands-on ways to help them connect, participate, and feel successful in the classroom. She does this through therapeutic play, building sensory-friendly moments into the school day, and celebrating progress. Kasia loves teaming up with teachers to figure out what really works for each child to make each day a little brighter for the students she supports. Outside of work, Kasia loves spending time with her husband and son where they’re always laughing and making memories together.
We are blessed to have Kasia with us!
