Genevieve or 573.547.3800 in Perryville. We do not charge a fee for anything we do. We're here to provide you with free services including medical quality pregnancy test and medically accurate information. Our advocates will discuss all of your options with you. We understand that sometimes you need a place to think, to process everything, to feel safe and to share what's on your mind.

Options for Women Ste Genevieve will be closed Mon Nov 3rd and Nov 4th. Options for Women Perryville will be open for limited hours on Monday, Nov 3rd and Tuesday, Nov 4th each day from 10 AM to 4 PM. Some services will not be available during this time. We will resume both normal business hours and services at both locations on Wednesday, Nov 5th at 9 AM.
