Make sure what your buying is 100% and therapeutic! Young Living has been our trusted oils for many many years now.
Do the research! Ask the questions! Pray and discern! It does matter what is in those bottles!

Hey friends! I’m here to show you the difference between real labeling of “100% pure essential oil” and correct labeling. I am not here to brand shame (hence why the label is off). But, both bottles are labeled 100% pure.

In the United States, there only has to be 5% pure oil per bottle. Meaning, 95% of the bottle can be filler and they can legally market it as 100% pure organic oil.

The bottle on the left is obviously way lighter in color, but do you see the outer ring? The ring consists of chemical fillers added to the essential oil. Yet fillers were not listed on the ingredients.
The bottle on the right is so concentrated that it bled through the lid. It is deep blue in color because it is pure. This is a perfect example of our Seed to Seal promise which guarantees 100% essential oils. I’ve witnessed the process of planting the seeds, all the way to bottling and sealing on Young Living farms and it’s very real. It provides full transparency so you know what happens every step of the way, with no interference by a middle man.

This is why I encourage y’all not to buy the cheap oils at Walmart, Target, Amazon, etc. because you cannot know what you’re really getting. You do not know what you’re paying for. Good morning everyone!

Just some suggestions of some great ways to support your body!!
As always I encourage exercise, lots and lots of water and just using good hygiene practices.

Remember that to keep our immune system supported and healthy there are many great YL oils....mainly focus on any citrus oils!!
Tangerine, Grapefruit, Orange, Lime, Lemon, Citrus Fresh, Slique.....these are all great to put in our water, tea, coffee, to drink and enjoy. Also, we can put the vitality oils in capsules for great support. Look up to see which ones are vitality oils and are labeled to be ingested.
Ningxia Red is an amazing support system in itself!!

As far as other oils that are great for support ....keep in mind all the “hot” oils.
Oregano, Thyme, Cinnamon Bark, Clove, Thieves, Immupower, mountain savory...
Many discomforts have a hard time surviving in an environment with things high in phenols and monoterpenes.
You can apply to feet or take some these in capsules (if they are vitality labeled) with your citrus oils if you would like. Just read up on them and see which ones can be ingested.

Also focus on supporting the respiratory system....
Eucalyptus Radiata, Eucalyptus Globulas, Eucalyptus Blue, Raven, RC, Peppermint, Breathe Again....
You can apply these on the chest and throat area or on the feet or lower back (adrenal) area.

And of course all of these oils can be diffused non-stop!!
Your Essential Oils Desk Reference is a great guide to look at.
As always take care of ourselves. Take care of the temple God has given us. Seek help if needed, but support your body before it has to come to that. Using things to help us stay healthy shouldn’t only be a focus when we have discomfort or things like this arise. It is about being preventive and pro-active. We are responsible for our bodies and what we put in and on them. Research and know what works best for you.
A positive attitude is also very important. Faith over fear! The more we think “doom and gloom” the more discomforts we may start feeling because we are allowing our frequency to lower by going to that dark place. The higher the frequency, the better we will feel. God is good and faithful!

Take care everyone and remember I am just a text or phone call away!! Stock up in some of these oils, and especially anything in that Thieves product line!! As well as the Ningxia Red!! You won’t regret it.👍🏻
