Something about this never sat right with me…
And now, hearing Dolores Huerta speak about her experience, it’s bringing up a deeper truth.

We can hold two things at once—
Gratitude for the work done for farm workers…
and honesty about the harm caused by those in power.

Not every leader who speaks for the people is safe.
Some are driven by ego, control, and the need to be seen as the savior.

And too often, women carry the cost of that behind closed doors.

This isn’t about tearing down a movement—
It’s about telling the full truth.

Because real leadership does not require silence, fear, or harm.

In 2024, I returned to my home state of Michoacán with a vision that had been quietly growing in my heart.

What began as a personal journey soon became something much bigger.

Since that trip, Ultreia has been working behind the scenes on a project deeply connected to my roots, identity, and the stories that shaped me.

It has taken time, reflection, and patience to bring it to life.

As a therapist and healer working with generational trauma, I have the privilege of witnessing something powerful: women remembering who they are.

Not the roles they were told to play.
Not the silence they were taught to keep.
But their truth, their voice, their intuition.

So many women I work with are not just healing themselves—they are breaking cycles that existed for generations.

That takes courage.

Today I celebrate the women who are willing to look inward, face their shadows, and choose healing anyway.

That is real power.
