I see this often…

When someone doesn’t feel good enough,
they keep searching—
another therapist, another coach, another modality.

Hoping someone will finally explain it in a way
that makes it click…
that makes them feel seen…
that makes them feel enough.

But the constant searching can also be the pattern itself.

Not a lack of effort.
Not a lack of desire to heal.

But a deep longing to prove they matter.

And in that cycle,
it can start to create more confusion… more doubt… more disconnect.

Sometimes healing begins
when we pause the search
and gently turn inward instead.
