Yes, I colored close to the lace with a mascara wand. Otherwise I will stain the lace. And I’m so proud of this color. Client didn’t want darker, only much cooler. That’s a challenge in itself, but formulating for a lace closure is one of the hardest color formulas to get right. But practice and experience! Anyway, I had to share. It’s going to be so pretty!
