Eli’s Bio-
I came to yoga about fifteen years ago, not through any big spiritual moment but through the simple need to slow down and feel better in my own body. What keeps me practicing and teaching is the value of taking an hour to move with intention, breathe deeply, and spend quiet time with yourself. That kind of space is rare, and it does not need to be dramatic to be meaningful.
My classes emphasize stress relief, self awareness, and developing a steady, comfortable relationship with your body. The focus is on feeling present and supported rather than pushing toward extremes or chasing a particular experience.
I completed a 200 hour Hatha, Ashtanga, and Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training at Drishti Yoga School in India in 2024, followed by a 300 hour Advanced Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow Yoga Teacher Training at Vinyasa Yoga Ashram the following year. These trainings shaped a teaching style that honors traditional practices while keeping them accessible, practical, and relevant to modern life.
I tend to teach at a slower pace, allowing time to explore each posture with care and attention so movement feels safe and sustainable. I see asana as a form of moving meditation, an opportunity to step away from outside noise and simply check in with yourself, without any expectation of it needing to be anything more than that. I feel grateful to teach and look forward to practicing alongside students in a way that feels steady, grounded, and welcoming.
