Across the nation, there’s a call to take action this Friday - no work, no school, no shopping. A pause to all economic activity.

In solidarity with Minneapolis, and in an effort to stand up for what we believe is right - we are joining this Friday, not by shutting down, but by opening our space for free to everyone who needs a place to breathe, practice, and be in community.

We know that our collective practice can inspire peace, but it also can plant a seed of power and can mobilize change. Through practice we build the mental and emotional fortitude necessary to fight for justice, and to stand up for what we believe is right. Join us.

Our 9am and Noon classes this Friday, January 30th will be free, and open to all. We hope to see you there.
