The Autumn Equinox is a sacred pause—a rare moment when light and dark stand in perfect balance before we gradually turn toward the slower, quieter half of the year. A weaving of Yang and Yin that becomes especially potent as we are invited to meet ourselves in both energies—igniting warmth where we need to shift, softening into stillness where we need release, eventually landing in a deeper connection to Self.
In this special 90-minute practice, Kelcey and Melanie will guide you through a journey from Yang to Yin:
🍁Yang Movement — Dynamic, flowing, activating sequences that awaken circulation, warm the body, and clear stagnant energy. Yang cultivates vitality, focus, and a sense of expansion.
🍁Yin Postures — Long-held, grounding shapes that work into the deeper connective tissues while soothing the nervous system. Yin invites release, receptivity, quiet inner listening, and a deeper connection to Self.
By experiencing both energies in one practice, we create so much space to simply be. It’s a pathway back to base. Yang helps us to engage, to rise, to digest, and transmute. Yin teaches us to soften, to let go, to rest in what is. Together, they call us back to our own inner equilibrium—reminding us that balance is not found in one or the other, but in the dance between the two.
