Coffee delivery and check-in for the postpartum mamas and dads! 🩷💙

People always ask about how we schedule births/take on clients. My response is usually the same- we have a max number per month and trust God with the scheduling. Lol.

I have helped welcome 6 babies at 3 hospitals in the past week! How amazing and crazy is that!?!
*I did miss the birth of one baby because she arrived a super fast 30 minutes after the waters broke and mama felt the first contraction. Wild!!

It is such an honor and privilage to walk alongside these families during this precious season in their lives. I am humbled by God's goodness.

Our books are closed for 2025, but if you are looking for a doula to help support you on your journey next year, our team is expanding and booking for 2026! I would love to chat with you!

We just wrapped up another amazing session of the Beautiful Breastfeeding Program!

I am always so honored to walk alongside moms as they prepare for this incredible journey. Over the past few weeks we have talked through real-life challenges, hands-on skills, and confidence-building strategies to make breastfeeding a smoother, more joyful experience. 💕

From preparing for birth and breastfeeding to enjoying the 3 Golden Hours and navigating positioning and latch to talking about pumping and bottles, each session reminds me of the strength and dedication of the families I serve. You are not alone in this—community and support make all the difference.

Last call to pre-order 🔥Fire Cider🔥

What can we say... ya'll are the best! When we decided to sell the extra jars of Fire Cider, we had no idea that you all would show up in such a big way!

That being said, we harvested some extra herbs and are going shopping tomorrow to buy lots of organic, healing ingredients to make a whole new batch to in order fulfill the orders. We feel so blessed and grateful to be able to serve our community in this way. 💙

Thank you to all the mamas who joined us yesterday for the Mom's Morning Out event yesterday! We had a blast with you and your little ones.
