Residents of Boone Ridge Retirement took a step back in time with a tour of the Willamette Heritage Center (The Mission Mill) in downtown Salem.

Residents enjoyed seeing the 1889 Thomas Kay Wooden Mill and learning about the transition from mission settlement to industrialization. A very special thank you to tour guide Bill for this wonderful and unique experience!

Today our Mountain View Lounge transformed into a little slice of Bourbon Street as we celebrated Fat Tuesday during Social Hour! From festive beads to joyful laughter, we had quite the Mardi Gras party with residents, family members, prospective residents, and local professionals all coming together to celebrate.

Love is in the air at Boone Ridge!

Boone Ridge Retirement held a “Cupids and Cocktails” luncheon to celebrate Valentine’s Day. The room was filled with love and laughter, great food provided by the dining team, and hand mixed Love Potion #9 cocktails by Bobby! It was great to see the enduring power of friendship and community to celebrate the upcoming holiday.

Boone Ridge Retiremet Resident, Joan, made her famous fudge and let us tell you, it was absolutely delicious. Boone Ridge Retirement had live music from Next of Kin in our Mountain View Lounge and it was a very fun evening! 🎶

Live music can be a delightful and nostalgic experience, perfect for encouraging social interaction. Residents and their families shared many joyful memories during reminiscing songs and it was a delight to see them creating new memories in their home.

Boone Ridge Retirement Residents were invited to join Billy and the Rockets for a New Year Sock Hop in the community to celebrate the start of 2026! A dance floor provided the opportunity to swing to the music, the dining team provided handmade root beer and orange floats, curly fries and the atmosphere brought the vibes.
