We had SO much fun handing out candy on Halloween here at Boone Ridge. Thank you to everyone who brought their kiddos by to see the residents and staff last week. The costumes were extraordinary, and watching the kids interact with the residents is always heart warming!

What a lovely blue sky day for some travels to covered bridges, a sack lunch and some quality time with friends.

Boone Ridge Retirement residents enjoyed this fun day with Activities Manager, Bobby, out exploring the beautiful areas of our State.

🍂 A Perfect Evening at Boone Ridge! 🍂

Last week, we hosted a very special Autumn Dinner for our residents and their friends and family — and it could not have been more perfect! The weather graced us with a beautiful 75-degree sunny evening, just before the fall rains arrived this week.

Residents and guests gathered to enjoy a calming, relaxing environment, wonderful company, and an amazing prime rib dinner. The smiles, laughter, and conversations made it an evening to remember.

Moments like these highlight the joy of community life here at Boone Ridge Retirement, where every season brings new opportunities to celebrate together.

🏈 Rivalry Weekend at Boone Ridge! 🦫🦆

This past weekend, our residents came together to cheer on their favorite teams during the big Beavers vs. Ducks college football game!
Some gathered in our Cinema, others in the Mountain View Lounge, and both groups enjoyed plenty of football-themed snacks while showing their team spirit.

It was all in good fun—a friendly rivalry filled with laughter, cheering, and community. Moments like these make Boone Ridge such a special place to call home. 💙💚🧡🤍

Life at Boone Ridge is full of special traditions, and one of our favorites is Movie Night with Larry! Each month, our wonderful Maintenance Director, Larry, gives back to residents by hosting an evening filled with:

✨ Light food and beverages
✨ Plenty of laughter and connection

It’s more than just a movie—it’s a time to relax, enjoy one another’s company, and make lasting memories together. We’re so thankful for Larry’s dedication and the joy he brings to our Boone Ridge family.

🌸✨ A Day Among the Dahlias! ✨🌸

Our Boone Ridge residents enjoyed a gorgeous day at the Swan Island Dahlias in Canby, surrounded by vibrant fields of blooming dahlias. With so many stunning colors and varieties, it made for the perfect backdrop to capture some beautiful photos and, most importantly, to share quality time together. 💐

It was a day full of smiles, fresh air, and friendship—just the kind of outing that makes living at Boone Ridge so special.

💜👟 Team Boone Ridge at the Walk to End Alzheimer’s! 👟💜

Yesterday, on Sunday, September 7th, our incredible Boone Ridge residents and staff came together to take part in the Walk to End Alzheimer’s at Salem Riverfront Park—and what an inspiring day it was!

We are so proud of our team for showing up with heart, walking with purpose, and supporting such an important cause. Our booth was full of energy as we handed out Alzheimer’s swag to raise awareness, connect with the community, and stand united in the fight to end this disease.

Thanks to the generosity and support of so many, Boone Ridge also raised an incredible $2,110 toward the Alzheimer’s Association! 🎉 Every dollar goes directly toward research, resources, and support for families impacted by Alzheimer’s.

A huge thank you to our residents, staff, and supporters who joined us on the walk—you are the reason this day was so special. Together, we are helping move closer to a future without Alzheimer’s. 💪💜
