Toy Like Me at Roanoke College Roanoke College coalition modifying toys to reflect the disabilities and medical issues of child patients in Virginia modeled after Toy Like Me in the UK

Toy Like Me at Roanoke College is a coalition of students, student groups, faculty, and staff working to modify toys to reflect disabilities and medical issues of children. Modeled after Toy Like Me in the United Kingdom (toylikeme.org), our efforts include a great deal of fundraising so that we can purchase and modify as many toys as possible. Toy Like Me at Roanoke College is happy to receive donations through the Roanoke College Business Office. Donations made through this channel are TAX DEDUCTIBLE. Cheques must be made out to 'Roanoke College' with "Toy Like Me" in the memo line. Cheques can be mailed to me at:

Our NINTH Annual Santa Claus Toy Drive is under way....and we need our Elves!!!

We have received several nominations to match children with toys. We are also seeking donations to allow us to purchase toys to modify. AND we are madly preparing for Modification Day 2025 (November 15th at the Bast Center at Roanoke College).

If you can sew, glue, or donate, we'd love to have you as a Toy Like Me Elf!
