Morning back pain often results from an improper sleeping position. Even small adjustments to your posture can significantly reduce pressure on the spine and surrounding muscles.

👉 Side sleeping (best for back pain)
Lie on your side and place a pillow between your knees. Bend your knees slightly.
This helps keep your spine aligned and reduces pressure on the lower back.

👉 Back sleeping
Place a pillow under your knees to keep your lower back in contact with the mattress.
This reduces excessive lumbar curvature throughout the night.

👉 Stomach sleeping
For those who need to sleep on their stomach, use 1–2 thin pillows under the abdomen.
This helps reduce spinal compression and excessive arching.
