Spread the warmth: Take part in our 2025 Holiday Drive! 🚂🎁

This year, we’re collecting essential items to support local families and youth. Your donations will bring comfort, warmth and joy to individuals who might otherwise go without during the holidays.

Not sure what items to donate? We're accepting new jackets, sweater, socks, undergarments and toys for children and teens. We kindly ask that all items be new and unwrapped.

Salem Health Hospitals and Clinics’ (SHHC) and PacificSource have reached an agreement on 2026 contracts for commercial insurance plans and Medicare Advantage. The two parties continue to negotiate on the Medicaid contract, which includes PacificSource members covered through the Oregon Health Plan (OHP). If Salem Health and PacificSource are unable to reach an agreement by December 31, 2025, all Salem Health facilities will be out of network for OHP members beginning January 1, 2026.

We know this is unsettling, but we want to assure you that Salem Health will continue to negotiate in good faith as we try to reach an agreement by the contract expiration date.

Salem Health and PacificSource have reached 2026 agreements on commercial insurance and Medicare Advantage, but continue to negotiate on Medicaid/Oregon Health Plan.

Beginning Dec. 1, 2025, our billing department (Patient Financial Services) will have new hours. We’ll be here to help Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with a short lunch closure from 12 to 12:30 p.m.
