I hope that you all had a lovely holiday with your loved ones. With the New Year coming we have been reflecting and we hope that you all have a peaceful upcoming year.
We no longer have the facility to use for Support Group meetings. We are meeting to see how we are going to proceed. We have several options to ponder.
We may take a hiatus again, do quarterly meetings or other possibilities. We are looking into spaces and time, as well as time for facilitators needs.
In the meantime , there is a group that meets in Spanish Fork. We have gone and it's a good group.
Thank you all. The Heart and Soul page will remain active.

We appreciate all feedback on how to improve and get the best out of group. We have been getting some feedback about our support group and we want to implement some new ways we think will help improve and better our group.
We are going to start focusing on staying on topic so that we can focus on the true reason of why we are meeting.
We are also asking if we can please not have our phones out at all during group. If you need to answer a call or message, please step away. We also would like to enforce not interrupting when someone is talking about their loved one. This is a time for us to be raw, open and honest in a safe environment. Some of us only have this opportunity to share their feelings about this complicated grief here at group so we would like to keep it a safe place for everyone.
Please be respectful. We don't mind cussing if it is about your grief and we understand that our grief is complicated and extremely difficult to process. This is why we meet. We want to assist in your journey. We love you all. See you tonight.
