OK, that’s actually not what she asked for but she did ask me to fix her skin so it never looked like it had seen the sun.

We’ve done a chemical peel to tighten the pores and skin and IPL to clear up unwanted tone and texture.

And new exciting things to come, mixing laser and microneedling for a deep rejuvenation without having to take off the entire top layer of skin like aggressive ablated services.

There’s a lot of noise right now… opinions, judgment, misinformation, ego. It can get loud.

But when I zoom out and come back to my experience, I just feel… grateful.

Peptides changed my life.

When it comes to IPL on higher Fitzpatrick skin types, this is where skill meets restraint.

Higher melanin levels mean your target isn’t just the pigment you want to treat — it’s also the pigment you must protect. That’s where the fine line lives:

✨ Enough energy to create a controlled, therapeutic injury
✨ Not so much that you trigger PIH, burns, or long-term damage

This fine line got blurry on this client so the treatment was assertive without being too aggressive.

*note: the 3rd photo really shows the amazing difference in 2-3 weeks. And don’t worry, I went in and strategically treated the missed spots for an all over clear décolleté.
