This year I practiced a full month of one discipline (see list below)👇

So it only makes sense that this month I will practice GRATITUDE. A month of giving thanks can’t go wrong.

I didn’t hear this anywhere, I just wanted to practice discipline. And a month at a time seemed doable. And shocking,… skipping alcohol and cussing isn’t that hard anymore…

🤍Jan: Only consume wholesome content (read, watch, or listen to what is appropriate for a 4 year old)
🩷Feb: No alcohol
💚Mar: No profanity ($100 to charity for every cuss word -I ended up donating $2000😏)
💜Apr: stretch for 10min every day
🩵May: purge/organize/put things away
💛Jun: High five habit (ask Mel Robbins, I had to keep this month simple 😵‍💫)
🧡July: forgive someone (past or present) every day
❤️Aug: Take peptides everyday
💙Sep: journal all the ways I didn’t feel lonely
🖤Oct: no (unnecessary) spending
🤎Nov: start day with gratitude
💚Dec: reach out to a friend every day

Jessica is an asset for Phiz Spa - be sure to check out her peptide consulting services! She helped me with peptides after a major surgery. I was nervous, but she answered all of my (endless) questions. Her knowledge is exceptional and her confidence was so reassuring. Through peptides, I was able to reduce inflammation and increase healing after a MAJOR surgery that would have otherwise required a much longer recovery. Also with her guidance, I used peptides to help correct some metabolic issues and achieve weight loss -bonus!
You can’t go wrong choosing to work with Jessica. She’s an exceptional person with incredible depth of knowledge in this field. You won’t regret it!
