Lancaster Family Health Center Providing a wide range of services to serve your family’s health care needs. Lancaster Family Health Center offers comprehensive family medicine in Salem.

Our healthcare team is continuing their commitment to providing quality health services for you and your family. We offer medical care at convenient, expanded hours to match your lifestyle. Our providers can help your family with diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illness; pediatric care; family planning; immunizations; prenatal and postpartum care; and health education. At our newest Salem clinic we offer dental services for children and adults. We consider dental care to be an important part of your family's healthcare and, have 12 dental chairs available. Our new on-site pharmacy offers full services, complete with drive through pick-up of your prescriptions. We also have an on-site medical laboratory. WIC Nutrition Services will help you manage chronic illness and cook healthier through our innovative teaching kitchen to compliment your care. We also have integrated Behavioral Health Consultants on our care team. Most insurance plans are accepted. Medicaid and Medicare are also accepted. For after hours medical care call (503) 576-8370. For after hours dental care call (503) 576-8350. If you need help to or from your appointment, please call the clinic for assistance.

We have expanded our Reach Out and Read program! Families with newborns through age 5 months will receive children’s books at well-child checkups. Families will continue to receive books at the 6 months through 5 years well-visits too. In the past year our clinics provided over 19,000 books to families at well-child visits. Starting with these first visits helps us support families to use books to bond with their babies and support language development from the very start!
