Today we celebrate our newly attuned Reiki Level 1 practitioners!!!

Each of you stepped into this space with openness, courage, and such beautiful energy. It was such an honor to witness you connect, awaken, and begin your own healing journeys. This is just the beginning, and we have no doubt you will carry this light out into the world in powerful, meaningful ways.

And to my incredible sister-in-law, my dear friend and myself… 💗

What a labor of love this has been. Creating this training, holding this space, and now completing our very first class together feels like an initiation of its own… a deeper level of attunement for us as teachers, guides, and space holders. There is something so sacred about building something from the heart and watching it come to life.

We are so, so grateful.
Grateful for our students.
Grateful for this path.
Grateful for what is unfolding.

This is only the beginning
We cannot wait to bring more offerings, more healing, and the next levels to those who feel called.

Turns out the little girl who believed in magic, talked to the moon, and asked way too many questions never really went away.

She just grew up, did the work, learned the tools, and now holds space for others walking their own path.

The healer, the facilitator, the guide…
is still just that same curious kid who believed there was something more.

And honestly, that’s exactly why I do this work. ✨ Also tell me you grew up in the 80s without telling me you grew up in the 80s.. 😂

A quick distance session for a client that I couldn’t squeeze in at the outpatient program today. I don’t do distance often so it was nice to be reminded how powerful intention and opennesss can be from a distance. Love when the Angels are hanging for a session too. Archangel Michael, in my experience is always with those in recovery. It’s kind of his gig… so it was cool to see this reminder pop out of the book I was writing session notes in. Don’t mind me, just out here carrying out my souls purpose. 💅😇

Happy Imbolc! Today marks the quiet return of light, a time of renewal and gentle beginnings as we tend to what is just starting to awaken within us. Supported by Brigid, goddess of healing, creativity, protection, and sacred fire, we are reminded to nurture what is ready to grow.

Paired with the Full Moon in Leo, this moment also invites release, asking us to let go of what no longer fits so we can shine and lead from the heart.

Today felt like a beautiful balance of both. Clearing space while honoring what is ready to grow.

There was no better way to honor this energy than through sound, grounding, opening, and restoring, with the incredible souls in the salt cave .

So grateful to hold space for this pause, this breath, and this moment of deep nourishment together.

May the light you are calling in meet you exactly where you are

Happy New Year! It’s been a minute since I dropped a collective message and I felt called to share. Take it if it resonates, leave it if it doesn’t. I love you either way.

Cedar - Wisdom

You don’t need to become someone new.
Your authenticity lives in what you already know. Learned through time, healing, and lived experience.

Quartz - Focus

Your truth becomes clearer when your energy and thoughts stop scattering.
Not everything deserves your attention. Choose what aligns and feels good in your body and soul and do that!

Owl - Intuition

Trust what you sense beneath the surface. The gentle sensations that quietly mean no.
If something feels off, it’s information, not fear.

This year isn’t about proving yourself.
It’s about rooting into your truth, focusing your energy, and letting intuition lead. Quietly, confidently and unapologetically.

Honor the wisdom you carry. Trust your inner knowing and move rooted in truth.

The big takeaway here? There’s no one else like you so start acting like it God(dess)🤍!!

Tonight I light three candles at the darkest turning of the year.
One for the light that has carried me here,
one for the stillness and lessons of the dark,
and one for the return of the sun and what is yet to grow.

The solstice reminds us that rest is sacred, darkness is not empty,
and even the smallest flame matters.
May this season offer you peace, reflection, and gentle hope
as the light slowly begins to return. Merry Solstice!! 🌲🕯️

Mother’s Night preparations
Bread, Mugwort tea and Frankincense offered (thank you for the beautifully energetic raw frankincense and for delicious handmade sourdough)
Gaia benesth and around me as I honor the Mothers. My own, my grandmothers, the women who mothered me in ways seen and unseen,
and the ancestors whose strength and wounds live in my bones.

Tonight I will hold it all:
their resilience and their ache,
their joy and their grief,
the love that survived the dark.

Feeling deeply supported as I step into service,
whisking off to hold sound and space for those in recovery.
May what is nourished in the dark
become light enough to carry forward.

For the Mothers who came before.
For the Mother within.
For those yet to come. 🖤

Just the beginning, but already woven with so much intention.
My dried Mother’s Day roses + baby’s breath for love,
oranges for the return of the sun,
star anise + cinnamon for prosperity and protection,
a gorgeous tarot ornament by (swipe for her stunning tarot garland — OBSESSED),
and mini quartz crystals to amplify it all.

Feeling so excited to follow my intuition and celebrate with real purpose and meaning this year.

Making some moon water to bottle up all of this Ta**us full moon grounding energy! I can really feel it calling me to slow down, connect with my senses, and appreciate the material and physical aspects of my life. Also, I don’t always charge my crystals in the moonlight BUT feeling called to charge the MANY that I have under this moon.
