From Canterbury Behavioral Health leadership team!!

As part of our ongoing commitment to recognizing excellence within our team, we are thrilled to announce and celebrate our Employee of the Month for October — Nathan “Nate” Lamere!
Nathan, one of our dedicated clinicians, joined the Canterbury Behavioral Health team just a few months ago and has already made a tremendous impact. He has truly embraced his role with passion, purpose, and a deep sense of responsibility. Nathan is often found out on the floor, checking in with our mental health patients, engaging in activities, and ensuring that everyone is having a great day.

One of my personal favorite things about Nathan is his genuine connection with our clients — he is consistently present, supportive, and engaged in their recovery journeys. Our clients love working with him and have made remarkable progress under his care. I am beyond happy and proud that Nathan joined our team this past August.

A note from his supervisor:
“Nathan joined the clinical team at Canterbury Behavioral Health in August 2025. He came to CBH with experience counseling in outpatient settings as well as in medication-assisted treatment. Our clients instantly connected with Nathan’s enthusiasm. His excitement to be on our team is appreciated, and his positive attitude is contagious. Thank you, Nathan, for making such a positive impact on our clients and our team.”
